DIMeX is a patent pending web-based real time information sharing and intelligence management platform.
Designed to automate the criminal intelligence legal compliance process, DIMeX also acts as a framework to manage the entire intelligence cycle, from information collection, to analysis, and back out through the dissemination process to facilitate sharing with other agencies.

The system has an open architecture design, and is intended to integrate into a variety of existing environments, platforms, and tools. It is ideal for integrating into fusion centers, intelligence-led policing initiatives, all-hazards, or all-crimes centers. DIMeX allows users with multiple roles to participate in an enterprise-wide sharing system bridging the legal divisions between Intelligence led Policing and Fusion Center deployments.   DIMeX is configured to allow sharing of criminal intelligence across geographies while maintaining 28CFR23 compliance.   Through DIMeX, criminal activities can be connected through one electronic system and shared among a variety of agencies and task forces.

Users have the unique capability of disseminating reports and electronic cases to 3rd party organizations. Tips and Leads

Eagle Intelligence’s Tips and Leads Module allows agencies the ability to manage tips entered internally, through public submission, or from both internal and public sources simultaneously. The standard reporting features allow investigators and analysts the ability to know where the tips originate from and management reports give an overall picture of department workload.

Automated (RFI) Request for Information

Eagle Intelligence’s Automated RFI system saves agencies time by automating the request for information process. The host agency grants access to partner agencies so electronic RFI’s can be submitted via Eagle’s RFI system. The system replaces faxes, phone calls, and emails and automatically categorizes and correlates the RFI’s into standard management reports which track: requesting agency, number of requests, types of requests, and other pertinent information.
