Spanning more than 30 years, the principals and advisers of Eagle Intelligence have been involved in legal, technical, system development, program management, and business disciplines within and across the justice, corporate,  and information technology sectors. Eagle Intelligence began operations in 2006 to bring synergy between the legal/policy justice domain and emerging information technology capabilities. The bulk of our work has been on the development of Intra and Inter-State intelligence and information management systems, including process and legal compliance reviews and systems analysis.  We have worked on Intelligence Fusion Centers, University research projects on Intelligence Centers, and State level Intelligence initiatives.

A few sample projects:

• A large state intelligence agency desired to review and reduce risks associated with information handling and compliance requirements. Eagle Intelligence associates performed a state-wide review of processes, procedures, policies, and IT systems and delivered specific recommendations on how to reduce compliance risks through technology automation.
• A University research center, in support of its local community, outlined the need for information from multiple, and usually disparate sources to be accessed, retrieved and synthesized in order to support operational, strategic and planning efforts related to law enforcement operations. Eagle’s associates and information systems supported the project with expertise and technology related to information management.
• A regional law enforcement organization required a new system which collated existing documents, captured and integrated data on newly collected DNA, managed workflow, and separated system permissions based on roles and responsibilities. Eagle associates provided systems design and analysis and led developmental efforts on the project.
